La Commission mixte internationale (CMI) s'efforce de sensibiliser et d'éduquer le public sur les questions qui ont une incidence sur la qualité de l'eau des Grands Lacs. À cette fin, la CMI recherche des photos prises autour des Grands Lacs qui illustrent les innombrables façons dont les gens interagissent avec les Grands Lacs.

Soumettez vos photos : Les soumissions sont acceptées en continu (jusqu'à six (6) photos par personne). Les gagnants seront contactés par courriel.

Life in submerged karst sinkholes, where groundwater with high-sulfur and low-oxygen is actively venting, is almost exclusively microbial. However, this Burbot (Lota lota) is hanging out in low-oxygen groundwater in the Middle Island Sinkhole, Lake Huron.
